I have been coding for more than a decade in the outpatient hospital setting. I have worked in one of the the largest health systems in the Midwest and I currently work for a smaller version as a Supervisor of the coding and auditing team. I am well versed in coding and auditing and enjoy teaching and discussing medical coding. It is my passion and really turned out to be an excellent career choice for me and I hope it will be for any of the students that sign up for my class.
